With the ever increasing
cost of office space Proctors are able to offer a cost effective way for
storing archive documents. The service ranges from clients delivery/collections
from the warehouse to a fully managed service where we log in individual
file details to enable us to retrieve and deliver individual files. This
allows more flexibility for clients as they do not have a full box of files
cluttering the office whilst one particular file is accessed. We pride ourselves
on being able to tailor a system to a client’s requirement and budget.
At the end of their life files can be security shredded prior to disposal.
Proctors can also store marketing materials and surplus office equipment,
so clients can make more use of their available space.
